Meditation and Spiritual Development Group £5.00 (Tues & Thurs) After a focused 'opening' share your spiritual experiences of the week, then we have a guided meditation. Such meditations are channelled from higher spiritual beings who come forward to help us on our path to enlightenment. Each week experience a different meditation in a peaceful, loving environment. There are no expectations from participants and no judgements. With my guides, I simply create an opportunity for you to become at peace with yourself and your life. After sharing your meditation with the group we participate in a spiritual exercise. This maybe healing, re-balancing chakras, looking at auras, remote viewing, giving messages, or overshadowing, etc. Then, after a focused 'closing' we end the evening, until next week.
